They look the same to me beside the black plates but I don't exactly know.

Well one of them is a 2gb model and the other is the 4gb model for starters.

For $220 plus you're better off with a 380x 4gb, 960 2gb is the better value.

Settings that need more than 2gb vram will slow down even a 4gb 960.
