What card should I get?

I currently have a GTX 960 2GB graphics Card from EVGA. I am looking to upgrade to a card with 4 or more gigabytes of VRAM. I was looking into the GTX 970, 980, and 980TI, but the TI is simply too much money for me to spend on a GPU in my build. I haven't looked into the AMD lineup of cards too much, as I don't know to much about them. I have an i7 4790K CPU that I will accompany the graphics card with. I am a young teenager, 14 but will be 15 in a few weeks, so I can't go and spend a fortune, no more than 700USD, on a gpu and I plan to run 3 different TVs off of this card; two 32" TVs, one at 1360x768 and one at 1920x1080, and then a small 22" tv at nearly any resolution. Can anyone recommend some good gpus for me to look into.

The r9 390 is pretty good, same prica as the 970 with 8gb of ram and a bit more prefomance
