What card should i use?

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GnkNK8 so I have a nice build here with a MSI gtx 980 with a core clock speed of 1.19. is it worth the extra 30 dollars for the EVGA 980 with a core clock speed of 1.27?

Don't you mean EVGA 1.27 \ MSI 1.19 , and the answer ids no , it's not worth it.

Performance wise you won't notice a difference.

180Mhz for 30 bucks. 6Mhz per dollar.
outside of benchmarks that count each screen I highly doubt you'd notice the difference
