I want to get a new Graphics card and power supply for my Compaq Presario SR5707c within the next two weeks. My current power supply is 250 watts but I am thinking about upgrading to a 460 watt power supply, and my current graphics card is an Integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 6150SE, I now know that this card is trash because it is intergrated so it eats my ram, so I was looking at getting the Radeon HD 5570. I have never bought a Graphics Card or a Power Supply before so I have a few Questions.

1. Is the Radeon HD 5570 Compatible with my PC?

2. If its not compatible what is the best Graphics Card for my pc under $80?

3. What other Graphics Cards should I consider?

4. the power supply I planned on getting was a 460 Watt EPS12V-ATX12V for $75, is there a cheaper and better Power Supply for my pc that is compatible with my pc?

5. Is there a Graphics card that will work with my current 250 watt power supply that is better than my current Integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 6150SE?

I am a new user here and tried to give all the information that is listed in the "How to Ask for Advice about Choosing a New GPU" thread, however if you need more info about my pc you can find it here: http://bizsupport1.austin.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=c01636221&lang=en&cc=us&taskId=110&contentType=SupportFAQ&prodSeriesId=3823953&prodTypeId=12454

I live in the US and I would like to play World of Warcraft and some of the newest games on my pc. My current monitor I believe has a max resolution of 1920x1080 but I'm not sure about it. My budget is $75 for both the power supply and the graphics card but I can go to $80 for each, And my specs are below.

Motherboard - MCP61PM-HM (Iris8)
Processor - AMD Athlon X2 4850e
Memory - 4 GB, Speed: PC2-6400 MB/sec
Video graphics - Integrated graphics using nVidia GeForce 6150SE
Power Supply - 250W power supply
OS - Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit
Expansion Slots:
1 PCI Express x16
1 PCI Express x1
2 PCI

Is the Radeon HD 6670 compatible with my current 250 watt Power Supply and if not what antec power supply would you get?

Good Choice and yes it would "work" with the 6670. Most Power supplies and cards are compatible if it had adequate wattage.

On the site it said it has a 20pin+4 so yes it is a 24 pin PSU.
its separate because some motherboards only have 20 pins.
