What case can my motherboard go into?

What ATX is my Motherboard?
The CPU-Z Says "Myrtle CRB" By Lenovo but I have yet to find it anywhere.

I'm guessing you have a Lenovo ThinkCentre Tiny Desktop.

It may be a custom size. You should list the OEM Lenovo product you have.

Looks like a compact small form factor that only fits the Lenovo case it came with.
