What case do i need?

So im currently in the process of finding a new case for my dell optiplex 790 that i upgraded problem is i dont how to get the front and back usb and audio jacks to fit out if you know what i mean

Hey, could you elaborate on what you did in terms of upgrading it? As far as getting the front and back USB and audio jacks to fit out, I think you just need to try and re-fit your IO shield if it's blocking the motherboard.

the fromt usb and audio ports on all new mb come off and come with the new cases. as long as they use standard usb 2.0 ports and front case audio port your new case will have the cables to connect the front ports to the old dell mb. After you install the mb in the new case you have to rerun realteck audio drivers and when the drivers are installed there a small box in the drivers control panel to make front and rear ports to ports not one.
