Hey guys , my case is NZXT S340 Black and Red one

its pretty cool but the case fans are a bit loud and i have no fans at all on the front side . as you know this case has no hard drive cages blocking the front side but still there is a dust filter and stuff . ok here are my questions .

1. Should i go Static pressure or Air Flow for front fans ?

2. Why are Corsair SP or AF fans a bit loud according to some benchmarks i saw ? are bequiet case fans better option ?

3.Should i use static pressure for rear and top since they push the air harder ?

4. what are budget 140 and 120mm case fans that are black and silent ?

Solution
My suggestion:

Buy one or two 140mm fans capable of around 1000 rpm.
Mount them in the front as intakes.
140mm fans move more air at lower rpm.
700 rpm will be inaudible, 1000 rpm will be quiet. Over 1500 rpm will be noisy.
By using front intake fans that are filtered, your case will be kept cleaner.
This is called positive pressure.
Keep only one 120mm fan installed in the rear to direct airflow.
If it is too noisy, reduce the speed.
If you have too much exhaust capability, it will draw in unfiltered air from adjacent openings.

You can get good info on quiet fans at spcr.

I would opt for airflow for case cooling.

But... I think it is not a big distinction.
Higher rpm gives you more airflow and pressure, but at the cost of more noise.
Then, if you are particular, different fans have different tonal qualities.
SPCR is good on those issues.
