What case fans should I buy?

Hello all.

Recently threw away my garbage pc case and bought Corsair 270R.

So I need to choose which fans to buy.

The supplies in my country are pretty limited so I'll list what I can get from known companys at what price.
Also sound is important ! I want silence with good airflow but stay on lower price tag. Also I don't care about leds. The more darkness the better.

My mobo can control non pwm fans via voltage so as I understand I don't really need PWM fans. Or do I?

So the fans for 2x intake 140mm:

Corsair AF 140 led quiet edition 12€
Corsair ML140 PRO non led 21.50€
Be Quiet Pure wings 2 non pwm 9.2€
Be Quiet Pure wings 2 pwm 10.5€
Be Quiet Silent wings 3 21.80€
FRACTAL DESIGN Dynamic X2 GP-14 12.5€
Noctua NF-A14 PWM 28.2€

And well depending what I get for intake I'll probably take the same 120mm for rear exhaust and maybe later on 2 or 1 140mm top exhaust.

I personally like Factral Design fans. I have about 8 in my case, its been running for years without issue. They are quite and have good airflow. However, Noctua are good as well.

For the most part. It really comes down to personal preference.

I vote for Pure Wings 2. Quiet, cheap, good quality and moves decent amout of air.

The Cougar Vortex fans perform exceptionally well and are very quiet. I've been using them in builds for years. They don't have any fancy lights, but they get the job done. Well I said the more darkness the better so that's a no for leds.

And that is why I am here that I don't know which ones are the best buy for buck by trying to stay on lower price tag.

Led fan's will cost you more certainly.
In my opinion led's and fans moved in direction where they make more profit to manufaturer.

they have 3 selling point
noise
speed
and asthetics.
you won't notice much of noise untill you live in extremly silent place or move close to the case.
i am using local cpu case fan and i can't hear it sitting on chair. thouigh i had to greese it to do that. 😀
My point buy the one's that you find durable.
even local brands would do the same job.
