I'm buying a In win GRone and I want to replace the plastic legs which come with the chassis as they do not lift the case very high off the floor and have received some bad feedback in general.

I'm wondering if these ones off amazon will be ok to use: http://www.amazon.co.uk/4x43-rubber-feet-fixing-screws/dp/B004S7EMH8/ref=cm_cd_al_qh_dp_t

If anyone has any suggestions of legs/feet I could use will you post below please. They dont have to be rubber but if they are not do you think I should buy some rubber pads to stick onto them to reduce vibrations and noise?

Well I'm not going to recommend any legs or feed because I've never been a big fan of "customizing" my parts. If it doesn't offer what I want, then I don't buy it. I bought my Haf 932 for many reasons, having casters that provided 2.5 inches of lift was one of them. My suggestion would be contact In Win and see if they offer a solution. Maybe they have something already available for their cases.

As for the ones on Amazon, I think they're ultimately designed for like a couch or some sort of furniture. You can probably use them, but is 19 mm going to be enough? That just seems like hardly anything at all.

Well it is nearly 2cm which is higher than most computer case feet I have been looking at. The case feet you can buy online seem to be surprisingly small. This case has pretty much everything I want except the feet and the shoddy dust filters on the bottom of the case which I will also modify by adding my own.

Do you know how the feet on that case are attached? My haf case has a single screw for the standard feet but the casters that came with the case have a 4 screw setup, with holes pre drilled in the bottom of the case. If it has the space for the 4 screws, pre-drilled or not, you can use casters. If you just have the single hole, for a screw or pop-in with a snap ring then you can probably use computer chair wheels or casters.

I was trying to check the InWin site for accessories, and try to send them an email to see how the feet are attached, but I cannot get the site to load for some reason.

I have been in contact in with In Win and I have asked them this question. I will report back when I know :)

So far I have received a picture of different legs they put on this case but it is not available in Europe. I asked what way do they mount the legs and how many screws do they use to mount them but the person told me it is impossible to remove the legs which is completely untrue as I have seen this case online with modded legs, which I have told her, awaiting a reply....

Yeah, it's probably some customer service agent who has never even seen the case before. If they put different legs on the cases, as the picture showed, how do they put them on if they cannot be removed? lol

Did they at least give you a part number or something? Maybe you can order them on Ebay or Amazon or something to that nature?

They are sending them out to me free of charge! Only thing is they wont be here till end of October as they send them from China. Express post was 1 week but cost £25 so I rather wait :)
