Alright my friend has an HP Compaq dc7700 small form factor I bought him a new graphics card and it wont fit in the case. We're trying to find a case that everything would fit in
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 650 1024MB GDDR5 DVI mHDMI Graphics Card 01G-P4-2650-KR
Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard 0A54h (Not sure if you need XU1 PROCESSOR)

Thanks for the help.

Solution
No it will not fit.. you would need to also replace the motherboard, the Power Supply and maybe the RAM depending on what it now has* (DDR or DDR2), and the OS would have to be reinstalled

*According to the computer specifications, [strike]it has DDR RAM and it may be dificult finding a MATX or ATX Socket 775 motherboard with DDR RAM[/strike]... the simplest solution would be to exchange the Video Card for a low profile, single slot, that wll run with the 240W Power Supply.

EDIT
BTW: Confirm if that's the motherboard in the image?... that and a MATX come up in image searches, so all depends on what it's form factor is.
It's most likely this is it (proprietary form factor) but I need you to confirm it before giving correct and exact...
If this is the computer:

This the motherboard?

And this the Video Card?
EVGA 01G-P4-2650-KR GeForce GTX 650 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5

OBSERVATIONS:
1. The otherboard is not a MATX form factor.. I can't make the form factor but it may be a proprietary form factor and will not have a compatible replacement, and it will not fit a MATX or ATX case.

2. The Video card is a Full Height, with dual slot, and you need a Low Profile card with single slot.

3. The Power Supply is 240 watts, and the Video card needs at least a 400 watt power supply.

Correction: It does have DDR2 RAM.

Solution
It would take the graphics card but it would no take the CPU.. that's a socket 1150, you need a socket 775 motherboard.

An example is this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157337
to use the TOPOWER TP-6205BS-550 ATX Tower case and a compatible PSU with at least 400W but preferably one with 500-to-600W. Just be sure it has the appropriate power connectors for the HD and disk drives... it includes a IDE connector.
