What cause the sudden turn off my computer

my computer is packard bell i suddenly it shutt down and again it restarted but i cant see any thing except the voice, so please help me. i am tiired of this computer

Does it shut down after running for a short time - Could be overheating ?

Boot safe mode. Select Disable Auto restart on System Error.

Migh get blue screen to research stop code.
