related files are (source bluescreenreview) :
atikmdag.sys
dxgmms1.sys
ntoskrnl.exe

im using R9 290 Gaming 4G with 14.4 BETA driver. is this related to GPU problem? I dont know which program that cause this BSOD because my sister was using my computer and she is 5 years old.
Is there any stress software to test the GPU to see if I will get this BSOD again?

Solution
Yes, the error is related to the GPU drivers.
That is the main reason we advice people not to go in for BETA drivers if they are not very aware of what might happen.
It most probably happened when you were trying to play flash content on the rig (Kids like cartoons).
If that is the case, just disable HW acceleration for Flash/WebContent, that ought to solve half the issue.
The last file name ...... hmmmmm that pertains to the HDD
I would suggest running chkdsk on all the drives before you boot into windows.
