Question what causing my pc to crash? screen freeze /crash amd rx 580

It's few months my pc freeze during game, the screen freeze for some seconds, then the amd report thing show up.. i have to restart the pc for using it normally again
I tryed to remove the driver whit ddu and instal the update drivers and update windows but no luck
I noticed it crashed 2 times when i tryed playing an mp4 video during gaming (game played windowed)
also happened few times if i start a game right after i turn on my pc

Please list your full PC specs (including PSU). Has anything changed on the computer? Any new components? Have you checked temps?
This report doesn't really help. Have you run a full virus scan, sfc /scannow, and chkdsk on your PC?
