I have a dell optiplex and i wanted to know what cheap cpu is compatible. Here is the pc name Dell 6D7TR Optiplex 990 MT LGA 1155/Socket H2 DDR3 SDRAM Desktop Motherboard

Definitely Sandy Bridge, but I wouldn't expect any of the "K" models to work.

Optiplexes almost always have a CPU power limit of some kind. So not all CPUs in a series will run in them.

No it's not ... that case is too small for a 120 mm radiator.

Why do you need this cooler? It's a locked 2500 so you can't oc even if you wanted to and the cooler it comes with is enough to keep it cool.

You can't swap the case with that system as it's a non standard motherboard and will only fit in that series of cases.

NO place to mount it, waste of money for something you won't be able to use.

That is a small form factor, prebuilt PC. You are not going to be able to water cool it. It was just not designed for it. Additionally, you have a locked CPU, you wont get any benefit from water cooling it. Just use the stock cooler that came with it.
