I don't care much about it being quiet just need is to be reliable and run the board well
will be using computer mostly for low graphic intensive gaming will probably end up getting a GTX 1060 WindForce DDR5 3GB

Solution
Here are three power supplies in that power range. All are from Australian retailers and range from $90 to $123. All are gold efficiency rating. All are at least semi-Modular.

Corsair TX550M $105 Aust.

The power supply that I would most recommend is the EVGA SuperNOVA 550W G3. But it is at $169...

To answer your question effectively, we need more information than just the motherboard. The biggest power draw in a PC is the graphics card. That means that the graphics card is the biggest factor in selecting needed watts of the power supply.

What is the graphics card? A discrete graphics card is required for this CPU. What is the intended use of the PC?

The only good Corsairs that are less expensive on that site are the new CX 450s, but if the original poster is using multiple GPUs, 450W isn't likely enough (or 520 depending). I'd certainly take a group-regulated SeaSonic GB Bronze platform over an older Corsair CX or a Corsair VS.

Really just need more info from the original poster.

Cheap will work for x amount of time, die off and likely take other components in its death. like motherboard, ram, hard drive.

Ryzen with 8gb ram and 1060 3Gb is pretty basic setup for a system so you will need around 450W-550W (single or dual video cards)

All multipliple 12v rails is add safety protection. It’s a good thing, so wires aren’t melted from current.

Not sure how what I said is a lie? That link you wrote just proves me further. All the last paragraph is saying it may not be necessary for everyone.

But what was said prior to my comment is that multiple 12v rails is a disadvantage which isn’t true.

The reason that multiple 12 Volt rails are a pain is simple. The operator of the PC must distribute the load evenly among the 12 volt rails. That isn't necessary for power supplies with a single 12 volt rail. It is a selling point.

The operator doesn't do that, the PSU is designed so the connectors are at even load. And they don't need to be loaded evenly either because it won't really be an issue at this wattage.

OP, the CX450 is more than capable of the GTX 1060. And it's only $60 which is great value. If you intend to use a GPU needing 2 PCIe connectors you could look at the CX550m/ Masterwatt 550
