What combo to get for a long term PC solution

Ryzen 3 1200 with gtx 1060 3gb, ryzen 5 1400 with gtx 1050 ti 4gb, Intel i3 8100 with Rx 560 4gb

Can get each of those with Mobo, ram and the combo listed for $420 already have a great case and 600w psu

Currently play easier games as far as what's needed to run them but want to get more into titles like crysis, pubg, Witcher, gta v at least medium settings

the ryzen 5 1400 will be relevant longer due to having twice the thread count of the ryzen 3 cpu, but the 1050Ti wont be as fast as the 1060. For best results right now, the ryzen 3 1200 with a 1060 will give the most fps. For the best longer term solution, the ryzen 5 1400 with a future gpu upgrade would be best.

Looking at what settings he's prepared to play would the gtx 1050 ti probably be alright. Might also mean that you have to upgrade the gpu earlier so keep that in mind.
