What command turns a Barkeep?

I've forgotten the command. It was something like "<name> look" but thats
not working.

If it's like a vendor, you enter the customise menu then exit, and the npc
is facing you. But then, I've never had a barkeep, don't trust them with my
magical moonfire brew...
