What component should I replace if I want to slightly increase my performance?

Lately my cpu (X4 860K) with stock cooler is being really noisy to the point I will just quit the game.

I have got the following components:

-ASRock FM2A58M-DG3+
-AMD Athlon X4 860K
-Asus GeForce GTX 950 2GB
- PSU: EVGA 430W
- 8gb Ram (only one strip)

Im still not very good with pc's but I would like to know if i should upgrade my cpu and if that is possible with this motherboard? Or should I just buy a better cooler and just completely build a new pc in some years?

Probably just buy a cooler and upgrade the whole thing later on. Cheaper, and let's you hopefully avoid the horrendous prices for GPUs at the moment

You have NO cpu upgrade available with that motherboard.

If noise is your only complaint, replace the cooler.
If you have 160mm height available, the $35 scythe kotetsu is very efficient and quiet.
