[SOLVED] What component should I upgrade?

I have some extra cash and my computer isnt the best at running newer games so im wondering what part I should upgrade first?

Current Specs:
i7-4790
8gb ram
1tb hdd
h97 pc mate motherboard (non overclockable)
gtx 1050 ti
750 watt or 500 watt. I forget
just a regular fan cooler for cpu and case

rainbow six, csgo, minecraft, pubg, and a bunch of smaller games.
psu is bronze certified 750W from EVGA

Why model exactly? EVGA has both good and bad models.

Not sure of the model. What graphics card do you recommend I get. Is there any I could buy for $400 or less that is gtx and better then a gtx 1050ti?

RTX2070 may be a good choice.
