My current case is very poor as it only has 1 fan slot and is practically a mini PC. The Motherboard is specific to this case and will not fit in any other case, so if i cannot move the motherboard, which components are left spare for me to move to a new case?

I don't think I explained it very well sorry, it is a gaming pc, but the case is really small and has a very loud and poorly working fan that's built in to the case.
But I'm on a pretty low budget, I'm only 17, it's still got decent specs, currently a gtx 750ti(looking to get a 970 4GB soon), an i5 4440 processor, and a 1TB HDD, along with 8GB of RAM, these are items that I think can be expensive. If I was to buy a PC with all the components I want it would cost around £1000 possibly even more. however, if i could tranfer the components above it would save me around £400 which would help. But can I transfer these components?

You could transfer the cpu (need a new motherboard and OS), the RAM, the HD, the GPU. and the Optical Drive.
