I added the psu, i couldnt find my exact psu onling its the raidmax rx 530 ss but is not led equipped if that affects the performance which i dont think it does
Raidmax PSUs are some of the worst. They give the appearance of gaming quality PSUs while cheaping out on the most important internal components. I still say my original suggestion of a GPU and PSU upgrade is the best route. Your CPU still has some room to add a more powerful GPU.

You didn't mention your PSU, which is perhaps the most critical component to consider when upgrading your GPU.

With that, I'd upgrade the GPU and PSU first. Get the GPU you can afford that will perform at the level you desire and a PSU that can handle it. If you can't afford a new CPU/Mobo/DDR4 RAM also, then upgrade to 16GB of DDR3.
