What computer should I buy?

Hey guys! I'm thinking about purchasing a new computer. What I'm REALLY looking for over everything else is something that will last me a long time. I also want something that can run games like GTA V on fine graphics.

Open to building or buying a computer, open to laptops or desktops, but I'd like to stay under $1000.

Try this. 390 is a great GPU and you can OC the 4690k with the H97 performance and Noctua cooler.

Thanks! I'm not completely sure how to build a comp, so could you direct me to somewhere to learn?

Thanks. What should I build it on instead of a carpet?

Just build it on a normal floor or table.
