Hello guys, first of all sorry if i do any English or technical mistake.
Just some info for background: I am a student and working temporarily in a laboratory, so i use my laptop majorly to do presentations and woriting and having a database, and sometimes play some games but nothing special.
At the moment i have a toshiba l50 b laptop, already had the hdd replaced but i did a mistake and bought a 5400 rpm. Some keys dont work and the pc is slow.
So my question here is should i buy an ssd and go to a store so they fix my keyboard, or should i buy a new laptop? And if you advice me to buy a laptop which in your opinion would be better for working as i said?

Obs: i see alot of lab people using macs, dunno if its worth it or not

Ty for all the help.

Solution
I'd probably be cheaper just to get a small SSD and new keyboard than a new PC. If you want better gaming performance then yes you will need to purchase a new computer.
