what computer will be the best to my monitor?

i currently settled about buying the Philips BDM4037UW for the sole purpose of watching and downloading a lot of movies and TV shows, i started to build a computer, the problem was that i didn't really know what i need and what i don't need to add to run my monitor so the point of this forum is asking if someone could help me and build for me a computer that will fit the monitor and will be able to run 4k movies smoothly. my only request is at least 4TB hard disk.

As far as building a computer to watch movies with you won't need anything extremely powerful as long as you don't want to do CAD or gaming, but you will need a graphics card that supports 4K. So something along the lines of an AMD APU would be a great option as they can support the 4K resolution you're looking for, but won't break the bank. So I would definitely recommend getting an AM3+ motherboard with an AMD A10, and 16GB of RAM, plus whatever HDD you want to get to have that 4TB of space.
