I have really small budget for a new PC and I would like to get it for every day use. I have been searching pre-built rigs in my local shop and I can't decide about 3 configurations so I would like you to tell me which is the best for Internet, Watching Movies, Some light gaming (Dota2,Wow,Terra online), Adobe programs, MatLab.

First rig:
CPU: FM2 AMD Athlon™ X4 740 3,2GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon 7750 1GB/DDR5/HDMI/DVI/128bit
RAM: 4GB DDR3
HD: 1TB

Second rig:
CPU: APU FM2 AMD A8-5600K, 3.6GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon 6570 1GB + Radeon™ HD 7560D Dual Graphics
RAM: 8GB DDR3
HD: 1TB

Third rig:
CPU: Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core G2010
GPU: AMD Radeon 7750, 1GB/DDR5/HDMI/DVI/128bit
RAM: 4GB DDR3
HD: 500GB

Solution
If all the prices are the same, more or less; I would suggest the Intel PC, although the Athlon X4 would be a good second; the difference from the Dual Core Intel would be minimal to the Quad Core AMD but the Intel will use less power and produce less heat. Using dual graphics just makes things more complicated and hard to predict actual performance. The difference in Hard Drive space would be a factor depending upon your needs, although this is a <$100 part.
