What configuration of ssd's should i use?

•1x 500GB 850 EVO
•2x 500GB 850 EVO (RAID 0)
•1x 1TB 850 EVO

These would be used for almost everything except storing movies and music. (Except the 1x 500GB, i think that would mainly be os)

I already have 2x 1tb hdds btw.

Thats simular to my setup sept the Second SSD is games only, that would work well. For referance.

Mine is;
SSD 1; OS and Apps.
SSD 2; Games and Benchmarks
HDD 1A(3); Video, and Audio.

The raid 0 drives don't make much since.
My current drive setup used for editing, C++, game design, 3D work and gaming.
500GB SSD for OS and programs
256GB SSD for my main games
256GB SSD scratch drive.
2TB WD black
3TB WD black
500GB WD RE for internal back up
1TB WD black for external back up.
