What Connection is this?

Been looking high and low for this "sata" cable connection.

. I have a 850W Coolermaster silent hybrid PSU that lists the port as perpheral connection which i read everywhere as SATA. But nope.

I currently have 1 to 3x sata and another of those to 2x molex and need another 4 molex's now for my pumps, hue+ and NZXT IU01. Any help would be great. This is just driving me INSANE!

Your PSU is modular and from the looks of the 850W Coolermaster Silent Pro (From coolermasters site) the cable you are holding goes into the PSU itself and is proprietary meaning it only works with Coolermaster PSU's and possibly only that PSU. The modular cables that come with the PSU should allow for upto 12 x SATA connections and 5 x 4pin peripheral (Molex).

Can I see the other end of the cable? Like said above that end should plug into the psu.

Woow. Thanks heaps guys, caqde is right. CM specific cable. I cant believe i didnt think to check their store even though i went to their site for specs. Their EU site sells the cable i need: http://www.cmstore.eu/parts-replacements/others/cables/5-pin-to-molex-modular-flat-cable/
And the cable connects to 2x molex and 1x floppy that was in the photo aswell.
Thanks again, feel like such a noob the last few days. Trying to setup my dual loop i just keep running into hiccups :/
