What cooler comes w/ AMD retail box?

If I buy a retail box version of AMD cpu, what is the heatsink/fan that comes with it?
Pc of crap or what?

Taisol CEK733092 it's a good hsf it keeps my cpu under 40deg c.

Put thogether three tbird systems last week.Two with OEM chips and one with a Retail box.I only use taisol on the OEMs and the cooler that came with the retail was Identical to the taisol 733092 that I was using on the OEMs.
