Question What Cooler Should I Get For 3rd Gen Threadripper?

I'm planning on getting a new PC soon with the AMD 3970X Threadripper CPU, but i'm not a super tech savvy DIYer, so I am getting it from a custom PC builder. I also won't be getting a custom/open loop cooler because I wouldn't know how to perform the regular maintenance on it, but just out of curiosity, how much better does a custom loop cool than an AIO, if it does at all, and is it worth the extra cost?Besides that, i've heard you should get the biggest radiator that will fit in the case, but the only 360mm AIO that Cyberpower PC offers is Asetek which i've heard isn't that good. They have the Enermax LIQTECH TR4 280mm cooler which has a block big enough to cover the whole CPU and not just the center, but it's obviously not a 360 mil.

Any advice?

If you're in USA then all AIO's are licensed under Asetek. The only changes are minor bells and whistles from brand to brand. I would get the largest possible radiatored AIO that your case can handle.
