I need a cooler that can overclock an i5 9600k to 4.6 ghz or above while remaining under 70 (hopefully 65) degrees during gaming and also have clearance for Ripjaws V ram. Also base price must be under 160$ CAD.

Components:
CPU:i5 9600k
Cooler:____
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V 2 x 8gb DDR4 3600 cl16
Motherboard: Gigabyte z390 Aorus Elite
PSU: EVGA 210-GQ-0650-VI 650w, 80+ gold, semi-modular
Storage: Intel 660p 512gb NVME
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C
GPU: Asus RTX 2070 Super Dual Evo OC

Any liquid cooler or power supply with "lite" in the name, should be avoided. They are all seriously budget, low quality, garbage, in my opinion. You buy "lite", you get "light".

Light on performance, light on build quality, light on warranty, light on durability and light on value. Consider, heavy, being half of the term "heavy duty", is absolutely the opposite of "lite". Most these "lite" products come with really crappy pumps or internal platforms, and obscenely cheap internal components. They are never a good choice. No offense to you Jojesa, at all.
