What cooler will I need for overclocking GA-F2A58M-HD2 + A6-7400K?

I want to overclock an A6-7400K on that mobo. I have a thermal master TM-420-PSAR-M3 PSU (certified by cooler master) (420w).

that mobo has no heatsinks on the VRMs. (Edit: so i can't really up the voltage) which means i can't overclock it very far. But how do i figure out how much heat will it produce and therefore what cooler i will need?

Is the hyper 212 evo overkill/not enough?. I'm not terribly concerned about noise.

Hyper 212 Evo is good, and so is Cryorig H7. You can't really go full overkill on air cooling.

I mean like in this case I can go overkill since the VRMs have no heatsinks on my mobo and therefore I can't up the voltage and therefore cant oc as high.

But sure I'll get the 212.
