What cooler would I need

I am trying to overclock my Intel core i3 3240 3.4GHz to 3.8GHz.
what coller would I need. I do not intent to water cool because it brock my i7.
I am also thinking about upgrading to a intel i5 2320 3.0GHz and was wondering what cooler would I need to get it to 3.8GHz. Again I do not intend to water cool.

I like this, as it's what I have. Keeps my i5-4670k sitting nice and cool (65-70C under load max) at 4.4GHz, up from 3.4GHz.

Yeah got my A10 6800k from 4.1ghz to 4.6ghz sitting at 55c max load an 37c idle
