What cooler would you use for the i7 5820k?

I recently caved in and decided to splurge on a i7 5820k I will be using a noctua NH u9b for awhile since i already have one (i have purchased a 2011 adapter bracket) so it will work but i feel i wont be doing this cpu justice with just this heatsink/ fan

So what cooler would you use ? When i upgrade coolers i will probably spend under a 100.

Noise is no issue. but i would prefer it if it not sound like a lawn mower when things get hot.

Also what is the deal with the hole in the processor? can TIM paste get into it?

how far of a overclock do you think i could get with a nh u9b?

I'd go NH U14S. Maybe add a second fan.
