What cooling should I be using

Solution
Made some changes to bring budget down.
CPU and cooler: The 8320 + Noctua is same price as 8350 + Evo. However, the former one will run at a higher overclock and quieter.
RAM: found some good but slightly less expensive 1866MHz.
GPU: I had no idea the price difference between 280 and 280x was so large. Grab a 280 in that case.
PSU: 650W. Really I wouldn't go any lower than this. The 83xx consumes around 100W more than a i5 under load. If you were getting a i5 I'd say 550W is fine, but for AMD you need more. You will safely overclock, which you should with AMD CPUs.

CPU: AMD...
[strike]The EVO will fit in the case. Did you try it? [/strike] I just read a review of a different cooler that was 158mm and it didn't fit. That is the same size as the EVO. This is strange. 158/159mm is extremely common for air coolers. I'd pass on the TX3 and consider a water cooler like the H60 or H80i.

If you are on about the one the person suggested, yes i did try it alhtouhg it said it wouldn't fit.
If you are on about the one I suggested to use, yes I tried it and it said it does fit.
If they both fit, which one would you suggest I use?

Thanks for the help. I firstly considered the H55 but someone said they wouldn't use that, I will take a look at the H60 and H80i, cheers for the help. which of the H60 adn H80i would you buy and why?

If I had to go water cooling I'd get at least a H80i. I only suggest H60 cuz you might be on a budget. I don't know. However, the H90 performs really well. I'd get this if you are overclocking with a decent mobo not a low end overclocking mobo like mine.

Cheers for your suggestion, I will greatly consider using teh H80i, alhtough i probably won't spend money on a H90. i am not on a budget but i don't really want to spend too much, maybe £650.

what do you mean? if you are saying that i have already built the computer and I am just upgrading it, then no, I haven't built any of it yet. This is my first proper computer, right now I have a laptop, although I will hopefully be making this in time for Christmas.

In terms of gaming performance. jumping to the 280x from 270x is pretty big. Also, the CPU cooler is cheaper and performs the same, but is much quieter. PSU, is plenty of high quality power for this and more.

I am very generous for your advice and suggestions, alhtough I feel I am spending a lot fo money already. I may upgrade the PSU, but buying a £190 Graphics card, although it is probably a lot better, is quite expensive for my taste, but cheers anyway.

A Noctua NH-U12S is a great cooler for the price.
