Question What cooling should I get?

Hi, I am going to be building a PC with a Ryzen 7 5800X, at the moment I have a 6gb 1060 but will be upgrading to either 3080 or 6800XT if anyone would suggest which that would be good, with RM750x power supply, 16gb 2x8 RAM, Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO AC ATX Motherboard, Lian Li Lancool II Mesh Performance. What I was thinking of using was a Noctua NH-D15 but someone mentioned ARTIC Liquid Freezer II.
So what cooler would people suggest and size 240 or 360 with placement suggestions; while which GPU is best to pair with CPU.

I had the same question. I have the Ryzen 7 5800x, the gigabyte vision 3080, and lian li lancool ii mesh. Just ordered the MSI mag x570. I was debating whether or not to get the Artic liquid freezer II or the noctua nh-d15. I haven't seen that many reviews about the 240 vs the 280, so decided to play it safe with the 280. Amazon says the motherboard will be shipped by April 15, but hopefully, it comes in earlier. I'll let you know if it looks like I can fit a 360 in there.
