[SOLVED] What cooling system would be right for me? (i7-9700k)

My current setup of parts:
GPU - Sapphire Radeon Nitro+ RX 590
PSU - EVGA 600BR
CPU - intel i7-9700k
motherboard - msi MPG Z390 GAMING PLUS

What cooling system would get the job done with fair quality, without breaking my bank? Im a broke college kid on my first PC build, just upgraded to the i7-9700k a little while back and I need a new cooling system.

Would the CoolerMaster V8 GTS do the job well enough?
Edit* - I forgot to mention that I have the corsair ICUE 465X tower case

Also, do I need a new PSU??

Thanks!

The V8 GTS is a near $100 solution....
While it would be adequate, it's overkill for something that won't "hurt the wallet".

Something like a U14S from Noctua would handle the a 9700K just fine, even with a slight overclock.... for <70% of the cost.

Your PSU isn't great.... Personally, I'd replace it - but it's not a fire hazard or anything.
