What Copmuter is better?

What computer is better OVERALL. I was just wondering because the specs seem about the same to me.

16GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
1TB 7200RPM SATA3 Hard Drive

Integrated AMD Radeon R7 Series Graphics
Power Supply: 500W


I understand that they are both not very strong computers. I just cant tell what one is better. I would probably use the pc for low to medium gaming if that affects any decision.

Both the processing power and graphics of the first computer are slightly better than the second.
