I recently downloaded Insurgency from steam and the default settings make the game drop frames like crazy. Pretty much every game does this as well.

Low settings run okay but definitely not that good. I get about 29 fps on average, it might go up every once and a while.

My computer:
HP Pavillion Series
Processor: Intel Core i5-2320
CPU:Clocked at 3.00hz
Ram: 6gb
Graphics card: Amd Readon HD 7450

What could i buy that would help my computer. Nothing too expensive please.
Note: Not too knowledgeable with upgrading computers. And I am using Razor Cortex Booster/.

What speed is your ram? It could just be that you have slow ram speed which is slowing your entire pc down. Also ur graphics card only has 1gb of a frame buffer so maybe spending £80 to get a second hand gtx 660 or 560 with a 2gb frame buffer would help. Before you start buying parts though have you tried running some cleaning software's like cclean and defrag?

The GT 740 will be a decent entry level card, but you can get the GTX 750 ti for about $120 (after mail in rebates) and in comes with $150 worth of in game currency for 3 games (Stryfe, War Thunder and Infinite Crisis).

Yea by looking at your stats its probably 1333mhz so you should be fine there, the main issues must be your graphics card, try getting the gt 740 or 750ti or if you can find a gtx 660 for around £80 secondhand/refurbished then that will be a good score to go with.
