I watch youtube 4k videos. Mostly walking videos.
Sometimes I download them and watch.

Some are like 1 hour or even 2 hours long.

It's like 11GB big for a single video or even 20GB.

My CPU goes up to 80, 90% usage.
While my GPU is only at like 30%.

It makes my CPU way too stressed my PC would stutter or freeze for a moment or even completely freeze that I need to turn it off by pressing the power button.

I think the graphics card is not reacting well or something. Since videos are supposed to need something graphics related than CPU.

I wish to play 4k videos without my pc freezing.

And I will add the suggestion to use Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer to discover what all is "using up" CPU resources.

Or anything else that is running and consuming resources.

Could be some background app launched at startup or being triggered later on via Task Scheduler.
