Question What could be the reason for this noise from my GPU?

Gpu ıs Asus 3060ti dual motherboard is b450ms2h v2.psu is MSI 650w.Grinding/Buzzing noise rarely happens on idle and it increases as i start the GPU fans.In one of the videos you can hear it briefly before i start the fans.Also i use afterburner to start the fans so it can't be coil whine as I'm not on a game.The noise seems to decrease when i simply touch the gpu.Also in the video called "noise before fan"I believe there is another grinding noise coming from the fans as well.What could this be? You might want to inspect the card for anything that might be brushing up internally in the GPU's shroud. As for the source of the noise, you might want to try and use a sheet of A4 paper, roll it up into a cylinder and hold one end up to your ear, using the end probe for the source the sound.

The noise is coming from the GPU i made sure if that.Do you think it's the fans brushing up on the heatsink?I added videos of it into the drive folder

The noise sounds like either something is rubbing or vibrating and if it happens when the fans are off I'd lean towards the latter. A cable being loose would only be a potential cause if it was touching the GPU.

Could be almost anything on the video card impacted by vibration, but it's most likely fans/shroud related.

Hard to say, but I'd start with checking the GPU fans. I don't know if your card model can turn the fans entirely off, but if not stop them and see if it goes away. Personally I'd RMA the card as there's no reason to go taking stuff apart if you've still got a warranty.
