The processor does not produce any heat through it and even the fans on matherborlard stops running but the power supply keeps on working

Can you try telling us what's wrong again? I think I know but I'm not sure. We also need a parts list.

If the system is working, then you're in good shape. A processor that gets hot with no activity isn't being cooled sufficiently.
