What could be wrong with my powersupply?

Hello there,

Since some time my computer wouldnt boot, all fans spinning all lights on, but just the power button colored yellow and no signal. I found out that there is something wrong with my powersupply. I did the paperclip test and the psu did its thing. What could be wrong with it, and how can i test it?

That test just proves that fan in the PSU is working, there are many parts in it that could go bad. If you don't have a proper PSU tester, you can check voltages with a multi-meter while plugged in the board.
