[SOLVED] What could I do to improve Benchmark Tests?

I am a new user and wondering if I can get some clarification on what these benchmark scores mean and how I can fix them.

I have recently ungraded the RAM myself to 32GB, put a 2TB SSD in it and repasted the thermal paste.
