What could I hope for settings wise in upcoming Watch dogs

running on a 23 inch screen 1920x1080 res.

My guess would be:

Medium-to-high

Put a good cooler and moderate OC on the FX 6300 and you'll be better off. 4.4-4.5GHz is attainable without much extra voltage or heat.

Ive got a arctic cooler pro 64. load temps around around 40c now
with my new case cooling.

Mix of high and ultra. Ubisoft's recommended specs are pure marketing. You will be fine.
