So I have to build a PC only for internet and to play full hd 60 fps videos on youtube, I wont gaming or working on this. The question is what CPU do I need, and a motherboard with integrated vga is enough or should I buy a VGA too? I have to build this the cheapest way.
Sorry for my bad English and thanks for the answers.

Solution
The Ryzen 3 1200 does not have on-board GPU.

Your choices are (in order from highest to lowest performing)
  • Ryzen 5 2400g
  • Rynze 3 2200g
  • Athlon 240GE
  • Athlon 220GE
  • Athlon 200GE
Video playback should be fine with any of them.

This is with US prices, and I included everything (shipping, tax, etc) BUT it has Linux as an OS, so does not account for a Windows license. Also, the SSD is very small, but my needs were minimal (Facebook, YouTube, some retro-gaming, and connect to work via VPN/Remote-Desktop)

A slightly improved version because some of the component prices have since come down - cheaper, despite the larger SSD:

However, I don't know what the availability of the A300 or A300W is for you. What country are you in?

If you only Need the pc to watch YouTube videos and surf the web you don't need a gpu the integrated gpu is more then enough for that
As far as cpu goes I would say you don't need more then an i3 or ryzen 3

So with these: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 Quad-Core 3.1Ghz and Gigabyte B450M S2H should be fine? The videos wont be laggy?

I was completely wrong then, because I tought and someone said to me that I only need a motherboard with integrated VGA.

So actually, a motherboard with integrated VGA is not important for a complete PC, the only thing is a CPU with GPU cores?

Most everything modern that has reference to "onboard video" means that the graphics processor is part of the CPU itself. The motherboard itself has no such option. Years back, "onboard video" was part of the motherboard chipset design. Both modern Intel and AMD have CPUs with integrated graphics to work with motherboards that have video outputs, but you need to be aware of what specific models you are buying. Not all CPUs from either vendor have GPU cores(or whatever the specific term is relating to CPUs)inside them. Some do and some don't. In other words, you can't just buy a motherboard that has HDMI, VGA, ect. outputs and put in any CPU and expect graphics output to monitor or TV. It needs to be specific models of CPUs and boards.

It's got a VGA and an HDMI port, so you're good to go.

https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/PRIME-A320M-K/

Can the seller confirm which BIOS version it has? Athlon 200GE support only came in with BIOS version 4011 (for the original 200GE) and 4044 (for the 200GE stepping B0).

I dont know, but they will assemble the PC so i hope they will try it. What if the BIOS is not updated? Can i update it? Or can you recommand a motherboard with a 100% good BIOS with same price so I dont have to worry about it?

Well, the shop should be able to update it. If not, you would need a CPU that the board works with out of the box to update it. I don't know if AMD still runs the program where, if you ask them for it, they loan you an A10 just to get the system up enough so you can update the BIOS.

Still, if the seller is doing the assembly, then it's really the seller's responsibility to make sure everything works.
