What CPU can I get with socket 1156 and roughly £100

I wanted to get a CPU from an upgrade of my I5 650, currently I play the game rust and record it.

I would like to upgrade it with a budget of £100 but does an I5 4650 fit in or do they have to have something to do with the socket?

4690 is LGA1150, not fit.

Nothing you can do with that motherboard, too stale. Add more money and get coffee lake I3 or Ryzen 3 2nd gen
