What CPU can I use with my MS-7800 motherboard?

Hi. I have a MS-7800 motherboard with a Radeon 7560D integrated graphics which is bottlenecking my R9 280. I would like to know what CPU's my motherboard will support that wont bottleneck my R9 280?

Any APU - a CPU with built in (integrated) graphics - will bottleneck a high end GPU. The R9 280 is sort of high end.
