I just bought a msi r9 380 recently. and I try games like mortal combat x and need for speed the run. but I cant run those with ultra. is it becoz of my cpu or what? I only have amd a6-6400k. if it need to be changed, what cpu is the best?

Its a motherboard with fm2+ socket.
so i can get the a10 at most
