Noctua- NH-D15
Cooler Master - Hyper 212 evo

I would say the D15 out of those choices. There are better ones out there but that will do great for you and not include water in your case.

I mean, you're comparing two ~30 USD coolers against a ~90 USD cooler. Not exactly a mystery which will perform better.

I am currently using Dark Rock Pro 3 with this CPU running at 4.9.

Very Quiet even the fans are at 100 percent.
