What CPU Cooler should I buy?

Im making my PC very soon, and I have an question.

What CPU Cooler should I choose?

The Thermalright True Spirit 140 Direct or the Thermalright Macho 120 Rev.A ?

I will use an overclocked 1600X.

Both have similar performance characteristics (200W TDP).
Macho is more compact (height 150mm vs 161mm), but also slightly louder in operation.

Choose one with design more to your liking. Either one is fine.
